Commercial Manager – Carmarthen | Permanent

Location: Carmarthen
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are recruiting a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of multiple residential developments.
The role includes managing Quantity Surveyors, reviewing CVRs, forecasting, subcontract procurement, contract administration and ensuring projects remain commercially successful.

Requirements:
Strong commercial management experience
Residential construction background
Excellent financial and reporting skills
Degree qualified preferred
