Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are recruiting an Estimator to join a growing commercial team working on residential construction projects.

The role involves preparing competitive tenders, analysing drawings, obtaining subcontractor quotations, preparing cost estimates and supporting project delivery.

Requirements:
Previous estimating experience
Residential construction knowledge
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings
