Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a residential development in Newport.

You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage programmes, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure exceptional quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Extensive residential new build experience
Proven leadership of large construction projects
Excellent programme management skills
SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid
