Pro Staff Construction are recruiting a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a construction project in Cardiff.

The role will include cost management, valuations, subcontractor payments, procurement, commercial reporting, and ensuring the project remains within budget. Experience administering NEC contracts is essential.

Requirements:
Previous Quantity Surveying experience
Strong NEC Contract experience
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
